1. Who we are

This website is operated by MAHBOOB REAL ESTATE L.L.C (“Mahboob Estate”, “we”), a real-estate brokerage licensed in Dubai under Trade Licence No. 1102430, with its registered office at Al Saqr Business Tower, Office 2001, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We have operated since 2022.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain the analytics services we use (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity).

You may browse the website without an account. If you choose to register, you will verify your email address with a one-time code (OTP) and set a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up to date. You may edit your name and phone number, save a wishlist of favourite listings, reset your password by email, or delete your account at any time.

Listings, prices, availability, and project details are provided for general information only. They do not constitute a contract or a binding offer, and are subject to availability and change without notice. Final details must be confirmed with our agents before any transaction. Prices shown in a currency other than AED, and any measurement-unit conversions, are indicative only for your convenience — all transactions are concluded in AED.

Content on this website is for information purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, legal advice, or financial advice. 6. Real-estate regulation in Dubai

Real-estate activity in Dubai is regulated by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and its regulatory arm, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). The relationship between landlords and tenants in the Emirate is governed by Dubai Law No. (26) of 2007 regulating the relationship between landlords and tenants, together with its amendments, and other applicable UAE laws and regulations. As a licensed brokerage, we conduct our services in accordance with these requirements. Nothing on this website should be taken as a substitute for the official regulations or for professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

All content — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Mahboob Estate or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Downloadable brochures are provided for personal use only and remain our property.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
Do not use the site to send spam or unlawful content.
Do not scrape or bulk-download listing data without permission.
