Cookie Policy | Mahboob Estate

Last updated: 8 July 2026

This policy is issued by MAHBOOB REAL ESTATE L.L.C (Trade Licence No. 1102430, Dubai), Al Saqr Business Tower, Office 2001, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Websites also use similar technologies, such as local storage, to remember your preferences. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

2. Cookies and storage we use

Login session cookie — set when you (or a staff member) sign in, so the website remembers you are logged in. It is essential for account features and is not used to track visitors.
Cookie-consent choice — remembers that you responded to this notice, so we do not show the popup again.
Currency preference — remembers the display currency you pick, stored locally in your browser.
Measurement-unit preference — remembers whether you view areas in square feet or square metres, stored locally in your browser.
Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics — we load our measurement tags through Google Tag Manager, including Google Analytics 4, to understand how visitors use the website (for example, popular pages and visit counts). Google sets its own cookies (such as _ga) and may process this data under the Google Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Clarity — we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with pages (heatmaps and anonymised session replays), which helps us improve the website. Clarity sets its own cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) and processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Google Maps — the interactive maps are provided by Google. When a map loads, Google may set its own cookies and process technical data under the same Google Privacy Policy.
Our own visitor statistics — the website also keeps its own anonymous page-view counter (a random identifier stored in your browser). It records the page you visited, your approximate country, device type, and browser family — never your name or exact location.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website (such as signing in or saving a wishlist) from working, and blocking Google cookies may stop analytics and the maps from working.

4. Changes

We may update this policy as the website evolves; the latest version is always the one published on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown above.
